Over half of the images for this years list were taken within a few miles of home and some right in my own (or our neighbors) backyard. And while the appearance of one particular hummingbird dominated most of last summer’s photography, I did manage to include the usual variety of images in my favorite photographs of 2021. From nature to motorsports (one of my Instagram mottos – “landscapes and race cars…”), 2021 was a productive year for all types of images. Again it was very difficult to select just ten images but in the end I feel these are the closest to my heart. I hope you enjoy them as much as I enjoyed taking them.
